The tourist port of Rome is a Marina which is located in Ostia, just south east of the mouth of the Tiber. And 'it protected by two piers from the ground to end with two semicircles that form the outer harbor: just past the first entrance 66 m wide on the left we find the fuel station. The structure, which is spread over an area of about 22 hectares, has 840 berths for lengths of 8 to 60 m. The 16 fixed piers are all equipped with the necessary columns for the provision of water and electricity, with bollards and rings for mooring.
The Marina has a forced ventilation of the port waters. Since it was built, in 2001, the Navy has always been able to win the approval of nautical tourism nationally and internationally. The ease of access to the moorings and their safety have made it one of the top destinations in the Mediterranean. Numerous later events scheduled throughout the year: the Marina is the scene of major national and international events which help increase the prestige and fame.
