Our team is here support yacht owners in selling, renting and purchasing berth in marinas of choice. We work on the basis of NO CURE NO PAY. Due to fact that Marinas do not pay commissions on rental berth our handling fee comes from our clients. When a berth has been found and accepted and the transaction/confirmation is completed, we charge 8% on rental arrangements. Berth Purchase commission will be discussed per project.
